The frequency of application and the amount of nutrient to be used must necessarily follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Watering citrus trees at home and on the balcony

We need to be aware that citrus trees love regular watering. However, they must not be watered too abundantly, because if the roots are constantly overwatered, dangerous fungal diseases and rotting of the plant can occur.

If we don’t want problems resulting from too much watering to affect our citrus trees, a good solution is to take care of an adequate layer of expanded clay, which should be placed in the pot. Having drainage holes in the bottom of the pot is also an underrated feature.

The water from the saucer must be removed in such a way that the roots do not touch it. If you are looking for a method to improve the appearance of your citrus tree, systematic yet gentle spraying with water is worth trying
